Turn your accommodation and conference bookings into great rewards. The more you book, the more points you'll earn towards high street shopping vouchers, weekend or midweek hotel stays or dinner for up to four people in a Focus Hotel.
To say thank you for making your bookings with us we've designed a scheme to reward you, the booker, for your business.
All you have to do is complete the Focus Hotels Bookers Reward Scheme Application Form below. We will then send you, by return, your personal claim sheet and then each time you make a booking you'll need to record it on the sheet.
When you've made enough bookings for the rewards you want simply send us your completed sheet and we'll send you your reward.
For each booking you make you'll be rewarded points as follow:
For every hotel bedroom booking made............................................1 Point
For every £75 spent on a conference or room hire booking....................1 Point
The following table shows how many points you need to claim the great rewards that are available to you. You do not have to claim each time you make a booking but you are requested to claim before your points reach £300 in value.
20......£10 Marks and Spencer or Capital Bonds Voucher
20......Dinner for two including wine in a Focus Hotel
30......A one night weekend or midweek stay including breakfast for up to two people in a Focus Hotel
40......A two night weekend stay, including breakfast for up to two people in a Focus Hotel
40......Dinner for four people including a bottle of wine and a pre-dinner drink in a Focus Hotel
50......A two night weekend stay, including dinner and breakfast for up to two people in a Focus Hotel
All reservations must be made directly with Focus Hotels or with the hotel of your choice. Points are awarded when using our published tariff rates or best available rate or agreed local negotiated rates. All reward redemptions are subject to availability and some blackout dates will apply.
Members are responsible for ensuring that participation in this scheme complies with the policies and codes of practice of their employers/company and are responsible for keeping records of their bookings and claims.
Invoices must be settled in full to be eligible for points and all claims will be validated by Focus Hotels Management Limited.
This scheme is for direct bookers only and is not applicable for bookings made through third parties.
All claims will be dealt with within 10 working days. Points are valid for twelve months from date of claim.
